We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from our GCrown Products store, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund any unsuitable items, in their original condition.
Item(s) purchased can be fully refunded by post by returning them to us within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.

Please note: The above returns policy refers to a change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You can cancel up to 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order.
As well as our refunds policy, you also have a legal right to cancel your online purchase with us for any reason if you are a customer within the European Union. Although it’s legally called a “cancellation” right, you will still receive your purchase and need to return it.
This right excludes items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken or removed, e.g. underwear, swimwear, jewellery for piercings and any personalised goods.
You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days, without giving a reason.
This cancellation period of fourteen days starts with the day you or a person of your choice, who is not the deliverer, have/has received the goods.
In order to apply your legal right to cancel you need to contact us with a clear statement (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail) and let us know about your decision to cancel this purchase.
In order to comply with the time limit, it is sufficient to post the cancellation notice before the fourteen days end.
You can cancel via the ‘Contact us’ page on our website. The best way to do this is to go to the “Contact” page and submit a request. Complete all the details and please enter “Cancelling Order” in the ‘Subject’ box. Please give details of why you would like to cancel your order with GCrown Products.
Please return your products to us as explained above, but you will have to pay the cost of returning your order to us. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, as well as any returns receipt or proof of postage.
If you cancel your order you will be reimbursed the cost of items cancelled, if the entire order is cancelled, and you will be responsible for returning the goods to us.
Refund exceptions:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics or face coverings. We cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and hygiene seal has been removed. We also cannot offer exchange or refunds on fragrances if the original packaging has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Unfortunately, unless the product is faulty, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund for personalised and perishable goods.
- Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post or in store by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us you will have 14 days to return the product to us. (For info on sale items from the store, read here.)
- PayPal purchases returned to the warehouse will be refunded to your PayPal account.
We’re sorry that a purchase you have made on GCrown Products is faulty, or is not up to our usual standards.
The quickest way to get this resolved is to use the ‘Contact Us’ options at the bottom of this page, where one of our Customer Care Team can advise you on the best resolution.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our address as stated above.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
